LED's won't fully turn off on LightwaveRF dimmer switch

As LED's can operate at very low current levels the afterglow or  'ghosting' effect can present itself with LWRF switches that emit a trickle current to energise the IR receiver in the switch and/or the blue/orange switch indicators.
