Megaman offer 24/7 On-line Ordering System

As part of its ongoing commitment to its customers, Megaman UK has just launched a new on-line ordering facility "http://online.megamanuk.com". Users will be able to order 24 hours a day and will be kept updated with special weekly deals and extended discounts.

Megaman offer a wide range of lamps including LEDs, candle, golf ball, bulb-shaped CFLs, spotlights for direct replacement of halogen sources and high output fluorescent lamps for use in high bay and flood lighting. The new ordering facility will offer customers a 5% extra discount for all online ordering and will provide an alternative stock suggestion in the unlikely event of a product being unavailable.

Other key sections include an order progress report for close monitoring of the progress of orders, plus a personalised order history section for quick and easy re-ordering of products. Whilst the new system has been designed to streamline the Megaman ordering system, there will still be a quick assess link to each customers individual BDM (Business Development Manager) and an internal sales support advisor for one-to-one technical support.
