Megaman LEDing the Way at Light at Build

Energy saving expert Megaman Lighting was literally LEDing the way at the April Light & Build Fair, Frankfurt. Thousands of guests visited the state-of-the-art Megaman stand to view the latest energy saving LED technology that can offer a direct replacement for halogen and incandescent lamps.

Using Megaman's patented Thermal Conductive Highway (TCH) technology, the lamps are designed to provide a "heat drain" across the reflector to dissipate heat efficiently and provide superb performance with up to 80% energy savings.

The range includes the innovative LED MR16 reflector lamp which is an exact replacement for its halogen equivalent but without the high heat generation. Compact in size, the MR16 provides excellent performance along with a lifespan of 30,000 hours making it a very economical solution.

Other LED products launched at the show included the AR111 and the 5W LED Candle lamp that provides a sharp, clear light equivalent to a 25W incandescent lamp ideal for chandelier or crystal fittings.
